Position: Owner Relations Representative
Compensation: $19 – $23/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Investigate and respond to phone calls and emails
- Navigate systems to retrieve information for inquiries
- Coordinate with business units for inquiry resolution
- Perform comment coding and routing processes
- Update owner accounts with address changes
- Send written correspondence to correct departments
- Perform related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 0-2 years related work experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Basic knowledge of lease provisions and types
- Understanding of Division Order and Revenue Accounting
