Position: Hexagon EAM Developer
Compensation: $102,000 – $154,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Hexagon EAM Developer to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where you will lead and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for an Enterprise Asset Management platform. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a major utility serving Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
- Create and update system documentation and training materials
- Manage projects through the entire system development lifecycle
- Gather and document business requirements
- Coordinate development activities with team members and management
- Identify opportunities to deploy solutions in other business areas
- Consult with users to ensure effective use of technology solutions
- Coach and review work of lower-level professionals
- Solve complex software development problems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hexagon EAM, HXGN, or Infor EAM
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with multiple development languages and platforms
- Proficiency in software development and programming concepts
- Experience with database management systems
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with basic infrastructure concepts
- Ability to apply math, algebra, and statistical methods
- Effective communication and presentation skills
