Position: eCommerce Operations Lead
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Fuquay Varina, North Carolina
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled eCommerce Operations Lead to join their team!
Join a dynamic team focused on digital growth and transformation! As an eCommerce Operations Lead, you'll play a vital role in optimizing digital strategy and driving revenue growth. This exciting opportunity supports the company's 2026 business plan and includes a hybrid work structure with a collaborative and fun marketing team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead punchout integration projects with customers and partners
- Maintain and update web catalog functionality
- Provide level 2 support for eCommerce issues
- Coordinate system enhancements with development teams
- Manage pricing mismatches and product configuration problems
- Conduct semi-annual system upgrades
- Utilize Hotjar to resolve user error issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Expertise in Connected Commerce and punchout processes
- Experience with NetSuite and TradeCentric integration
- Strong problem-solving skills in eCommerce settings
- Ability to manage and coordinate technical projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with SAP platform integration
- Experience with Suite Commerce Advance platform
- Knowledge of web catalog maintenance tools
