Position: Bookkeeper
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team!
Join a dynamic accounting team where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting senior accountants through comprehensive bookkeeping services. This position offers a chance to work with diverse clients across various industries, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting business operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Perform data entry and record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Manage accounts payable and process payments
- Generate client invoices and prepare bank deposits
- Assist with preparation of financial statements
- Process payroll and calculate payroll taxes
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Organize and maintain client records
- Support team during peak periods
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with payroll processing and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
