Position: Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Compensation: $ 80,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Senior Reporting Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, and account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Produce and analyze financial data for quarterly and annual reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and financial reports
- Assist in developing and documenting internal controls
- Support external and internal auditor requests
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and support
- Mentor and develop team members as required
- Contribute to specialized projects and system implementations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in accounting or finance roles
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Public accounting or insurance industry experience
- CPA certification
- Experience with Netsuite accounting software
- Familiarity with financial statement software like Workiva or Sovos
