Position: Service Desk / Field Support Technician
Compensation: $25 – $30/hour, depending on experience
Location: Windsor, CO
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk / Field Support Technician to join their team!

As a Service Desk / Field Support Technician, you’ll provide hands-on desktop support, resolve IT tickets, and deliver exceptional customer service. This opportunity allows you to support users primarily in the Windsor office while occasionally traveling to nearby field sites. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide hands-on desktop support to office and field staff
- Resolve IT tickets efficiently and effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage user access with Active Directory
- Support Windows environment and Dell hardware
- Occasionally travel to nearby field sites
- Utilize ITSM ticketing tools for issue tracking
- Assist with Microsoft 365 support
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of IT support or service desk experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment support
- Field or onsite support experience
- Experience with Active Directory user management
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools
- Strong customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Intune and Entra ID / Azure AD
