Position: Tax Manager
Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage income tax calculations and compliance for joint venture tax partnerships
- Lead tax projects like restructuring, due diligence, and transactional analysis
- Provide tax advice on acquisitions, divestitures, and business transactions
- Research and document technical income tax positions
- Develop and implement impactful income tax strategies
- Review complex income tax returns and provision calculations
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Delegate and manage staff to resolve tax issues
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data for tax calculations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 10+ years of federal income tax management experience
- Extensive knowledge of partnership taxation
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent income tax research and writing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Tax/Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Experience in managing tax special projects from planning to completion
