Position: Accounts Payable Accountant
Compensation: $24 – $26/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a pivotal role. The position involves managing various Accounts Payable tasks within SAP, contributing to the financial accuracy and efficiency of the company. This role is open due to the company’s evolving needs during a merger, offering a chance to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding checks
- Process voids and re-issues of checks
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Review and apply outstanding deposits accurately
- Adjust posted documents in SAP
- Respond to general AP inquiries
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of SAP and Accounts Payable processes
- Proactive and organized approach
- Effective communication skills with internal and external partners
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within the energy sector
- Familiarity with merger-related financial processes
