Position: Outside Sales Representative
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

The role is open due to expansion and the need to cover the DFW area effectively. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prospect and manage client relationships autonomously
- Attend team meetings onsite every Monday
- Conduct meetings and COI’s weekly
- Achieve set sales targets and ramp-up quotas
- Collaborate with the team and management effectively
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in PEO B2B sales
- Strong prospecting and relationship management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with the DFW market
- Prior experience in a similar industry
