Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Compensation: $21 – $23 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role with a leading organization? We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support financial operations for a minimum of 3-4 months, with the potential for extension. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial transactions and account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Data entry and management using basic Excel skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting
- Support month-end closing activities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in processing financial transactions
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to resolve accounting discrepancies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with accounting software
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Previous experience in a similar role
