Position: Customer Experience Associate
Compensation: $43,000 – $48,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with production planning to determine lead times
- Communicate order details to internal and external customers
- Utilize reporting systems for order entry
- Handle customer orders, changes, and returns per policy
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet customer expectations
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of orders and interactions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree in a business-related field
- Manufacturing/factory experience
- HVAC product knowledge
