Position: Sr. UC Engineer (Contact Center Automation)
Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. UC Engineer (Contact Center Automation) to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned technical leader to join a dynamic team focused on innovation in voice network solutions. The role emphasizes AI-enhanced Contact Center and Digital Communications solutions, offering a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and deploy advanced Contact Center solutions
- Integrate AI-driven automation for enhanced Customer and Agent Experience
- Configure and manage hardware and software for voice services
- Collaborate with teams to deliver intelligent communication solutions
- Document AI workflows and solution architectures
- Provide support for existing production voice network
- Ensure voice network availability and performance
- Design and implement process automation using AI
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree typically required
- 6-8 years of experience in voice design support
- Experience as a Unified Communications Engineer or similar role
- Technical knowledge of Cisco Communications Solutions preferred
- Familiarity with CPaaS and custom communication features
- Strong Cisco routing and switching knowledge
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Cisco's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Knowledge of Python or similar programming language
- Experience with video conferencing endpoints and softphones
