Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Compare vendor invoices against purchase orders for accuracy
- Enter invoices into the ERP system for payment
- Generate weekly payment proposals and recommend payments
- Enter approved payments into the online banking ACH system
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare monthly G/L balance sheet account reconciliations
- Record daily auto-draft payments into the ERP system
- Respond to inquiries within Accounts Payable mailbox daily
- Perform general accounting assignments, including journal entries and bank adjustments
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Accounts Payable in an ERP system
- Analytical nature with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Epicor ERP system
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated and independent work capability
