Position: Technical Support Lead
Compensation: $ 45 – 49 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Support Lead to join their team!

As a Technical Support Lead, you’ll manage and optimize payment technologies for a renowned brand, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. This position is a backfill due to a contractor’s notice, providing you with the chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure payment IT products function as expected with Level 3 support.
- Lead a team coordinating Level 3 activities for payment platforms.
- Establish connections with brand and franchisee teams.
- Mentor and build knowledge within the team.
- Develop executive dashboard reporting for leadership.
- Collaborate with teams to roll out technology programs.
- Manage vendor escalations and communicate updates.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years in development or implementation of payment technologies.
- 3-5 years of managerial and leadership experience.
- 3-5 years in project management or IT staff management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- SQL knowledge.
- PowerShell scripting.
