Position: OT Security Manager
Compensation: $ 130,000 – $ 140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled OT Security Manager to join their team!
Are you ready to bridge the gap between physical security and cybersecurity? This exciting opportunity places you at the forefront of security initiatives, connecting two critical environments. You'll be leading projects, designing security systems, and standardizing processes. This role is a new growth position, offering you the chance to make a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design access control systems and facility security layouts
- Develop security standards, playbooks, and risk assessment practices
- Integrate physical security with cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and SOC teams
- Lead initiatives connecting physical and cyber environments
- Standardize security systems across multiple locations
- Interact with project leaders and external vendors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in physical security design and implementation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with access control and surveillance systems
- Ability to lead cross-departmental security projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with the Purdue model for ICS/OT Security
- Experience with Gallagher Access control platform
- Background in large enterprise organizations
