Position: IT Site Support Engineer
Compensation: $ 33 – 36 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

As an IT Site Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple hospital locations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee daily IT operations across hospital locations
- Ensure continuous availability of network equipment and medical devices
- Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations
- Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system
- Manage onboarding processes for new staff
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams
- Support a 24/7 operational environment
- Travel up to 40% to provide hands-on support
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in technical support or systems administration
- Knowledge of networking and desktop support
- Experience with Windows users in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
- Healthcare IT standards knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
