Position: HR Generalist
Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks
- Assist in HR operations and support compliance efforts
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Conduct exit interviews and support employee engagement
- Administer benefits and process leave-of-absence documentation
- Maintain HRIS records and generate reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors for compliance programs
- Support HR leadership in audits and regulatory requests
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
- Hands-on experience with Workday
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in multi-location or multi-state environments
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
