Position: Desktop Engineer
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll be instrumental in supporting enterprise endpoint devices, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. This opportunity allows you to work closely with a team of engineers, providing a collaborative environment to learn and grow. The role is open due to team expansion, and it offers a chance to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support enterprise endpoint devices and manage support tickets
- Deploy updates and applications through Windows Update for Business
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers and generate documentation
- Test and maintain secure base images for Windows devices
- Provide macOS support using JAMF and Apple Business Manager
- Contribute to mobile device management migration to Microsoft Intune
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1 year in an enterprise environment
- Azure & Intune exposure
- Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell, Python or similar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in information technology
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- JAMF Certification: 200
- Experience with SCCM
