Position: IT Field Support Specialist
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as an IT Field Support Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of technology, supporting and managing Windows workstations, tablets, and fleet devices. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure and deploy Windows workstations and tablets
- Implement and maintain mobile device management solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot fleet tablets for vehicle tracking
- Perform hardware and software upgrades and repairs
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve compatibility issues
- Ensure compliance with security policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in workstation and mobile device support
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and tablets
- Experience with device management platforms like Microsoft Intune
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Travel is required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a networked enterprise environment
- Familiarity with fleet management technologies
- Experience with mobile device tracking solutions
