Position: Application Analyst
Compensation: $30 – $42/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic environment where innovation meets collaboration. As an Application Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in supporting and enhancing enterprise software applications. The role is open to build a robust Application Support team, offering room for growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform system maintenance, including upgrades and patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end users
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
- Participate in system testing and deployment activities
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in technical guidance and mentorship
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Quorum/SAP, Merrick, and Peloton applications
- Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization
- Experience in system testing and quality assurance
