Position: Senior Software Developer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team!
This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit, mission-driven team building scalable SaaS products that directly impact end users. This role is full-stack with a front-end lean and offers the chance to work with modern tech, including AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications across the full stack

Build and enhance user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks

Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET
-
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions
-
Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, and code quality
-
Write and maintain automated tests; troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
-
Contribute to CI/CD processes and support production deployments

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team

Engage with stakeholders or clients as needed to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
7+ years of professional software development experience
-
5+ years building and implementing web-based or SaaS applications at scale

Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core)

Solid front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Angular strongly preferred)

Experience working across the full stack (UI through backend services and databases)

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)

Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows

Hands-on experience using AI tools in development (code generation, testing, debugging, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Angular or modern front-end frameworks

AWS or cloud experience

Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) or LLMs
