Position: Service Desk Technician (Tier 1)
Compensation: $22 – $26/hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) to join their team!
Join a dynamic team providing top-notch IT support in a vibrant environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in Tier 1 troubleshooting and laptop refreshes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Troubleshoot hardware and resolve Tier 1 issues
- Reset passwords and manage IT assets
- Perform laptop refresh and setup
- Roll out Intune and assist onsite
- Scan and tag assets to maintain records
- Collaborate with team for seamless operations
- Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ months of IT support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage IT assets effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of asset management tools
