Position: Business Analyst
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build strong relationships with internal departments.
- Analyze and document business processes for efficiency.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies through technology.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and manage upgrade projects.
- Create and deliver training materials and classes.
- Contribute to project execution and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Oil and energy application experience- any Land or Accounting applications specifically
- 2 years’ experience in application support or help desk.
- Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of computer equipment and peripherals.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years’ experience with business and applications.
- Experience with change management and strategic skills.
