Position: Service Desk Specialist
Compensation: $35 – $40 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Sabine Pass, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and IT support
- Manage and resolve tickets in the queue
- Support Azure AD, O365, and Intune
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Participate in rotating shift schedules
- Collaborate with team members for optimal support
- Ensure effective remote support during overnight shifts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of IT support experience
- Proficiency in Azure AD and O365
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Intune
- Familiarity with remote support tools
