Position: IT Support Technician
Compensation: $19 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide first-level technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot basic Windows, macOS, and iOS issues
- Assist with password resets and account lockouts
- Perform initial printer troubleshooting
- Support hardware setup and mobile devices
- Follow procedures for software installations
- Log and track support requests in ticketing system
- Assist with employee onboarding and hardware distribution
- Maintain professional demeanor with staff and clients
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 0–2 years IT support experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Understanding of network connectivity
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Ability to travel locally for on-site support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar tools
- Exposure to hardware imaging or deployment
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
