Position: Senior Systems Administrator
Compensation: $38 to $44/hr
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join their team!
Join a thriving, family-owned organization as a Senior Systems Administrator, where you'll support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to work closely with IT leadership and elevate team performance alongside two junior administrators. If you're seeking stability in a senior-level role, this is your opportunity to take ownership of critical infrastructure responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Administer and support Windows-based systems and infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user environments
- Optimize Microsoft 365 environment
- Maintain on-prem Exchange servers
- Develop backup and recovery strategies
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts
- Troubleshoot system and network-related issues
- Manage multi-factor authentication solutions
- Build, configure, and repair PCs
- Support virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–7 years of Systems Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with virtualization platforms
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and repair PCs
- Strong communication skills
