Position: Document Administrator
Compensation: $ 20 – 24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Document Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review contractor payrolls for accuracy and compliance
- Manage documentation requests from clients and contractors
- Prepare project change orders and pay estimates
- Distribute project information to stakeholders
- Implement and improve document management systems
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and FHWA requirements
- Participate in preconstruction and progress meetings
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a construction environment
- Proficiency with AASHTO Ware Project (AWP), e-Builder, or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software
