Position: Project Scheduler
Compensation: $60 – $70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Scheduler to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create and maintain master project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Assist in preparing Project Controls reports, including schedule and progress reports
- Analyze project schedules based on earned value forecasts and critical path
- Support project management in resolving planning and scheduling issues
- Communicate scheduling requirements to contractors
- Identify and report critical issues and diminishing performance
- Ensure alignment with project cost analysts
- Develop scheduling policies and procedures
- Analyze schedule progress versus planned progress
- Travel to field locations may be required, less than 20% of time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate standard PC-based programs
