Position: Service Desk Technician
Compensation: $20 – $22/hr, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage inbound/outbound call volume
- Troubleshoot IT applications, hardware, and software issues
- Serve as liaison between staff and IT department
- Escalate complex issues with documented steps
- Log issues in online ticketing system
- Provide user training and instruction
- Utilize Active Directory for account management
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Maintain technical education through training
- Manage user expectations with a service-oriented approach
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience supporting Windows clients
- Experience with networked printers and PC hardware
- Proficiency in MS Office troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills
