Position: Accounts Receivable Manager
Compensation: $110k – $135k, depending on experience
Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead AR strategy and operations
- Develop and execute AR operating plans
- Oversee invoicing, cash application, and collections
- Direct customer outreach to reduce past due balances
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
- Produce and present AR performance reports
- Lead and develop a high-performing AR team
- Support audit readiness and compliance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years progressive AR experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in AR
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
