Position: Data Manager (Supply Chain Technology)
Compensation: $132,000 – $198,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City,
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Manager (Supply Chain Technology) to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Data Manager, overseeing the collection, integration, governance, and analysis of supply chain data. This is a leadership role where you'll bridge the gap between business and data teams, driving digital transformation initiatives. This opportunity offers a chance to lead a team of data analysts and work with cutting-edge data tools in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead a team of data analysts in supply chain analytics
- Ensure seamless data flow across supply chain platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data into business value
- Drive AI initiatives for data modeling and integrity
- Monitor performance of data integrations and optimize solutions
- Oversee master data management for suppliers and logistics partners
- Train and mentor team on data literacy and tools
- Ensure completion and accuracy of data documentation
- Build practices to validate data accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data technologies
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and Snowflake
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong command of data governance practices
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI
- Data modeling skills using Lucid or Visio
- Experience with metadata management tools like Alation
