Position: Production Accountant / Specialist
Compensation: $40 – $50 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote in CO or TX
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Accountant / Specialist to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing production accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative energy company, driving important projects like implementing ProCount and integrating data. The role is newly created to support the company’s expanding operations and offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage monthly close processes for Permian allocations
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Set up wells in SAP for downstream use
- Perform volume analysis and verify field-reported volumes
- Handle regulatory reporting requirements
- Improve accounting or operational processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of production accounting experience
- ProCount experience
- Experience with Permian operations
- SAP PRA proficiency
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Business Intelligence experience
- Accounting degree
