Position: Sr. Revenue Accountant
Compensation: $ 85,000 – $105,000 annually, + Bonus depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Revenue Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Revenue Accountant, where you’ll be at the forefront of analyzing and managing revenue streams in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze revenue and ownership for accurate disbursement
- Review purchaser statements and check details
- Resolve discrepancies with purchasers and operators
- Create uploads into SAP from purchaser statements
- Provide documentation for revenue vouchers
- Ensure backup documentation is scanned and stored
- Meet all revenue distribution deadlines
- Assist revenue team with projects and assignments
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of oil & gas accounting experience
- Experience with PRA module of SAP
- Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIF
- Understanding of revenue and general accounting principles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of revenue accounting experience
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing priorities
