Position: Workday Financials Analyst
Compensation: $45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide expertise and support for Workday modules: HCM, Financials, SCM, Planning
- Assist stakeholders with configuration updates and troubleshooting
- Design and maintain Workday security roles and policies
- Lead security audits and ensure compliance standards
- Develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services
- Monitor and optimize integration performance
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes
- Proven experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
