Position: Epic Resolute Trainer – Hospital Billing
Compensation: $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Epic Resolute Trainer – Hospital Billing to join their team!
Join a dynamic healthcare environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in training the entire billing department in Epic systems. This is a direct hire position, offering an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Epic training and hospital experience. You’ll be working onsite four days a week, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of billing processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Train billing department on Epic Resolute systems
- Develop comprehensive training materials
- Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions
- Collaborate with department heads for training schedules
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt methods
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Epic Resolute certification
- 5+ years experience in hospital billing
- Strong understanding of Epic systems
- Experience in training large teams
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a teaching role
- Familiarity with other hospital systems
- Project management skills
- Adaptability to new technologies
