Position: Production Manager
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage production personnel and workflow efficiency
- Ensure adequate resources meet production schedules
- Develop inventory levels with sales and inventory departments
- Contribute to product strategy and R&D of new products
- Establish production and quality control standards
- Coordinate manufacturing activities and optimize resources
- Resolve operational and maintenance problems
- Oversee administrative activities and production data management
- Train and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Supervise multiple departments and manage staff responsibilities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical education
- Experience in oil and gas valve manufacturing
- 10 to 15 years of related experience
- Proficiency in ERP software, Excel, and Word
- Reside in Oklahoma City Area
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with emerging product development
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques
