Position: Energy Management Field Technician
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Conroe, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate and maintain natural gas storage equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair process instrumentation
- Install and configure PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Perform low-voltage electrical testing and diagnostics
- Calibrate sensors and control loops for accuracy
- Develop and implement control system solutions
- Document equipment maintenance and modifications
- Train staff on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Ensure safety and compliance with policies
- Operate light-duty vehicles safely
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years with AC/DC circuits and motor controls
- 2+ years in natural gas operations
- Proficiency in P&ID and electrical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Effective communication skills
- Technical and mechanical aptitude
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Technical Electrical Certificate
- GTI Energy Certificate
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Click PLC
- Knowledge of LNG & CNG process flow
- Texas Railroad Commission LNG/CNG Certification
