Position: Director of Operations, Planning, & Analysis
Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Operations, Planning, & Analysis to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a vital strategic department within a well-established organization. The role involves overseeing multiple managers and a team of analysts, focusing on project and portfolio management. The position offers a chance to engage in high-profile projects and drive strategic initiatives. The company is known for its stability, collaborative environment, and commitment to employee growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts
- Oversee project allocation and performance management
- Serve as primary authority for project and portfolio management practices
- Ensure effective planning, tracking, and reporting tools are in place
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the organization
- Facilitate executive-level discussions on project status and prioritization
- Lead the business analyst function and drive solutions meeting business needs
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or related fields
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing multi-level teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of governing enterprise-level project portfolios
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
- Experience with Project & Work Management tools
