Position: Service Desk III
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk III to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and troubleshooting endpoint computing resources in a hybrid cloud environment. This is an exciting opportunity to provide Tier II and Tier III support for various devices and services, ensuring secure and efficient computing across multiple locations. Dive into a role that challenges you to optimize resources and enhance user productivity.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
- Resolve network and software issues efficiently
- Provide Tier III technical support across multiple locations
- Ensure business email domain integrity
- Coordinate daily activities of the Desktop Support team
- Train users to maximize software productivity
- Assist with multimedia presentations and training
- Diagnose and repair user workstations
- Support special projects for clients
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma plus specialized courses
- At least five years of desktop support experience
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Azure AD, MFA, and PowerShell scripting
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ certification
- Knowledge of AntiVirus software and ServiceNow
- Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera, and FTP
