Position: Sr. Business Analyst
Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team that is at the forefront of driving technology and process improvements across the enterprise. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business units and Corporate Technology, translating business needs into technology solutions that enhance internal processes and operational efficiency. This role offers broad exposure to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Map and analyze business processes for organizational improvements.
- Lead software application development to support business needs.
- Perform vendor research for technology selection and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Drive technology and process improvements throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field.
- Five or more years of relevant business area experience.
- Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
- Proficient written communication skills, including technical writing.
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and business requirements.
