Position: Project Controls Analyst
Compensation: $60 – 70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Midland, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Controls Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, focusing on cost, scheduling, forecasting, and risk analysis to support engineering projects. The role is crucial for ensuring successful project delivery and offers a chance to lead large projects. The position is open due to expansion, providing a platform for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide cost, scheduling, and forecasting support for engineering projects
- Develop and maintain change management programs
- Monitor actual costs and commitments
- Participate in project review meetings
- Support project team with financial reviews and project close-out
- Lead large projects and provide guidance reporting
- Interface with internal teams and external contractors
- Travel to field locations as needed, less than 10% of time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 6-8 years of experience in project/cost control
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Proficiency in standard PC-based programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Cognos and Oracle
