Position: Senior Data Engineer
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000
Location: Overland Park, KS
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Mentor team members and advise on best practices
- Create and enhance data pipelines
- Automate manual processes owned by the data team
- Design and build new pipelines for data ingestion
- Collaborate on data-driven solutions with multi-disciplinary teams
- Monitor and analyze existing pipelines for improvements
- Ensure data accuracy in the data warehouse
- Respond to regulatory requests for information
- Participate in peer reviews for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant data engineering experience
- Technical expertise with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with ETL tools and concepts
- Hands-on experience with database design and data modeling
- Experience consuming event-based data through APIs or queues
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Agile software development
- Experience with Power BI
- Detail-oriented, solid organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a strong willingness to serve others
