Position: End User Support
Compensation: $20 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support Technician to join their team!

Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for employee-owners and contingent workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical assistance with strong emphasis on customer support
- Image, configure, and install computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and technical incidents
- Resolve tickets and provide timely resolutions
- Support customers seeking technical assistance in person or remotely
- Perform inventory and track device assignments
- Assist with new hire desk setups and office moves
- Partner with IT Service Owners for complex issue resolution
- Provide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Self-starter attitude
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of AV hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
