Position: Tax Exempt Specialist
Compensation: $ 43,000 – 48,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with tax-exempt customers and ensure accurate data entry into the tax-exempt portal. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist tax-exempt customers via phone and e-mail
- Make decisions on customer tax-exempt documentation
- Data entry
- Answer phones and emails
- Collaborate with the Sales Tax Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with state-specific tax rules
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to type more than 50 net words per minute
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in tax compliance or related fields
- Familiarity with tax-exempt processes and documentation
