Position: Project Controls Analyst
Compensation: $60 – $70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support project team with WBS set-up and monthly financial reporting
- Develop and maintain change management programs for projects
- Monitor costs, commitments, and provide work order tracking
- Lead large projects and participate in review meetings
- Support estimating, scheduling, and costing of capital projects
- Assist in creating seed money and funding for projects
- Analyze project issues and develop resolutions
- Attend site meetings and determine project controls requirements
- Interface with internal project teams and external contractors
- Travel to field locations may be required, less than 10% of the time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 6-8 years of experience in project/cost control
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in standard PC-based programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of Cognos and Oracle
