Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Compensation: $30 – $32 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team at a reputable company where you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts within the Wealth Management Services group. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the security industry to ensure seamless operations. The role is open due to the company’s expansion and offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will be valued.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Open and close client accounts efficiently
- Manage cash receipts and disbursements
- Process income, expenses, and fees accurately
- Collaborate with team members and external partners
- Support daily processing queries on Trust accounts
- Resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Serve as a backup for various business needs
- Identify solutions for exception processing
- Work on multiple forms in different completion stages
- Communicate effectively in writing and speaking
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the security industry
- Proficiency in account management and documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Trust account processing
- Familiarity with exception processing
