Position: Telecom Application Support Specialist
Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Telecom Application Support Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide call center application support to business unit supervisors
- Optimize applications and plan solution upgrades
- Create multi-platform reporting and trend analysis
- Develop system requirements and test solutions
- Monitor systems and respond proactively to alerts
- Create call flow scripts and diagram solutions
- Assist with general user support and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in call center application support
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
- Understanding of databases
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server and Linux
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Programming skills with any language
- Understanding of XML/VXML code
- Familiarity with IP networks
