Position: Accountant – Financial Reporting
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant – Financial Reporting to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where you’ll play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. The company is a major utility provider, offering stability and growth potential. This role is open due to expansion, and you’ll be a key player in enhancing their financial processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze and prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Perform calculations for interest and cash flow
- Assist in developing spreadsheet models for accounting activities
- Compile and verify financial information for reports
- Provide assistance to regulatory agencies and auditing firms
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with generally accepted accounting methods
- Intermediate level experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in office equipment and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in financial reporting standards and processes
- Knowledge of economic forecasting and corporate budgeting
- Familiarity with gas accounting terminology
