Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation: $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic exploration and production company focused on maximizing the value of large, producing onshore US oil and gas assets. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll manage corporate models, monthly financial reporting, and multi-year planning cycles. This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable, curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid flexibility, combining onsite and remote work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Execute and ensure accurate input of operational drivers into financial models
- Verify and track model inputs for data integrity
- Analyze monthly financial reports and resolve discrepancies
- Lead monthly variance analysis and provide explanations
- Collaborate to validate forecasts and improve accuracy
- Identify trends and revenue opportunities for actionable insights
- Proactively solve problems and support high-priority projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in Oil & Gas E&P
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results
- Advanced problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with corporate financial model management
- Understanding of cash flow impact from operational drivers
