Position: Desktop Support
Compensation: $39 – $43 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a top law firm to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!
Step into a dynamic environment where creativity meets professionalism. Our client seeks a proactive Desktop Support Technician for their Atlanta office. This on-site role is perfect for someone who excels in customer service and technical support. Join a team that values innovation and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. This short-term contract offers the chance to extend longer, but will start as a 6 week engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide excellent IT support via calls, emails, and walk-ups
- Track support activities through IT systems
- Maintain communication with end-users on ticket status
- Escalate issues needing additional support
- Manage inventory of IT equipment
- Reimage computers and perform repairs
- Coordinate new hire setups and equipment orders
- Act as contact for external IT vendors
- Participate in testing and training of new technology
- Occasionally visit remote offices for onsite assistance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Service-oriented with effective communication skills
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment
- Experience in IT support roles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of iManage Work 10
- Experience with video conference solutions
- A+ certification or Bachelor's in Computer-related field preferred
- Law firm industry experience preferred
